These terms govern the use of the NearBeam mobile and desktop application, published by PADERF TECH SARL.

Article 1 — Purpose

NearBeam is a free file and screen sharing application between devices connected to the same local network. These terms define the rules for using the application.

Article 2 — Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using NearBeam, you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the application.

Article 3 — Service description

NearBeam allows:

• Transfer of files and folders between devices on the same local network.
• Real-time screen sharing using WebRTC technology.
• Automatic discovery of devices on the network and direct connection.

All exchanges happen peer-to-peer on the local network, without any intermediary server.

Article 4 — Free of charge

NearBeam is provided free of charge and without in-app purchases. The publisher reserves the right to offer premium features or advertising in the future.

Article 5 — Authorized use

You agree to use NearBeam in a lawful manner and in accordance with these terms. It is forbidden to:

• Use the application to transmit illegal content.
• Attempt to circumvent the application's security mechanisms.
• Disassemble, decompile, or reverse-engineer the application.
• Use the application to harm other users or third parties.

Article 6 — Intellectual property

The NearBeam application, its source code, design, logo, and all associated content are the exclusive property of PADERF TECH SARL. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is forbidden.

Article 7 — Liability

The application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. PADERF TECH SARL cannot be held responsible for:

• Data losses resulting from the use of the application.
• Interruptions or malfunctions of the application.
• Damages related to the use of the application on an unsecured network.
• The content of files shared between users.

Article 8 — Personal data

NearBeam does not collect any personal data. For more details, see our privacy policy.

Article 9 — Availability

NearBeam is available on Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows. The publisher does not guarantee compatibility with all devices or all operating system versions.

Article 10 — Changes

PADERF TECH SARL reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page.

Article 11 — Applicable law

These terms are subject to Moroccan law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
